Klaus Hoffmann is responsible for wealth management and foundations within our firm. After training and military service, he completed a training programme at Dresdner Bank AG in Frankfurt, and worked as an investment consultant in Baden-Wuerttemberg.He subsequently held various management positions at Commerzbank AG and Deutsche Bank AG in Essen and Frankfurt, as well as being Landesbank’s Global Head for high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. Mr. Hoffmann was subsequently CEO of a private bank in Berlin, and most recently director of a private bank in Frankfurt am Main.

Rolf Knigge is responsible for capital markets and investment structuring. He began his professional career following a banking traineeship in Bremen and studies at Freiburg and Göttingen in business securities. Following roles as an investment consultant, analyst and portfolio manager at the Bank in Liechtenstein (Frankfurt) GmbH, Rolf Knigge moved to Bankhaus Metzler, where he was responsible for equity portfolio management.
At the end of 1999, Mr. Knigge resigned as CEO of Helaba Trust GmbH in the Helaba Group. In addition to his responsibility for capital markets analysis and asset management Mr. Knigge worked closely with private and institutional investors, financial institutions and foundations. In addition to advising on various matters for foundations and institutional investors, Mr. Knigge operates, inter alia, as a business angel for start-ups and growth companies in the field of investments.

Ralf D. Sandkötter supports and advises clients in consumer products and commerce, focussing on the food industry. He is also an expert on HR matters. After graduating with a degree in business, he spent ten years as a business consultant , most recently as a board member. He then moved for a period of twelve years into operational management at the food company Nestlé and held various management positions in sales and marketing. In 2006 he was entrusted by the company with the European expansion of the discount business with Lidl. In 2010 he moved from the Nestlé Group to the management of Fuchs Gewürze in Dissen, the second largest spice traders in the world, and built up their “cooking aids” sector. As of October 2014, Mr. Sandkötter is a partner at Hoffmann Collegen, and is additionaly active in the Executive Search section. Mr. Sandkötter is a longtime member of the Advisory Council of the Schloss Vollrads winery.

Andreas Brunk specializes in the financing and implementation of real estate corporate transactions and financing. He started his career at Deutsche Bank where he specialized in advising medium-sized companies.
Since 1999, he has been advising companies through his own consultancy in the areas of corporate finance, M & A and commercial real estate financing. He focuses on the development and implementation of complementary or alternative financing solutions and financing structures for businesses and commercial real estate projects involving private, institutional and international investors.

Kai-Uwe Zoch is responsible for matters relating to businesses in the IT and communications sector and for investment management. After training, he held various management positions with a market leader in the optical sector. He later moved to the VWD Group where he was a board member for several subsidiaries, including in the areas of project portfolio management and investment management.

Dr. Torsten Meyer-Riedt
Torsten Meyer-Riedt specializes in corporate financing for SMEs and family businesses. After completing training at Dresdner Bank and military service, he graduated with a degree in business from the University of Fribourg. Subsequently he completed an apprenticeship at Citibank AG in Frankfurt am Main, and successfully concluded his PhD at Fribourg.
There then followed various positions in corporate banking at Citibank AG in Frankfurt am Main. Subsequently, Dr. Meyer-Riedt was with ABN AMRO Bank Deutschland AG in senior positions in corporate banking and active in various regions. From 2005, Torsten Meyer-Riedt was at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG , responsible for SMEs in Baden-Württemberg.

After completing military service and a bank apprenticeship he studied business at Regensburg. In 1998/99 he completed his traineeship in Berlin in the overseas customers division of the Berliner Bank. He then took up the position of corporate client service representative at the Zivnostenska Banka in Prague, and then in 2000 moved to property finance at Rheinhyp in Frankfurt. With the creation of the Eurohypo in 2002, Mr. Schlosser took over the lead as a sales and branch manager of Eurohypo Prague, building Czech and Slovak loan portfolios in commercial Real estate finance. Here, he focussed on banking for major clients, with an international clientele. In 2009 he moved to sales and branch manager for Berlin Hyp/Landesbank Berlin in Prague. From 2012 to 2015 he took over in Munich, as authorized representative, the position of German Commercial Director at Panattoni Europe, an American developer of real estate logistics.

Heino Stocks covers the real estate sector at Hoffmann & Collegen. After having finished Military Service Heino Stocks started a traineeship at Karstadt AG, following several managerial functions. He subsequently was engaged in executive responsibilities in the restructuring of shopping centers for the real estate fund business. Before joining Hoffmann & Collegen, Heino Stocks served as Head of Property Management Germany as well as Head of Asset Management with RREEF Investment GmbH responsible for the DACH region.
